All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Product Items ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All fees incurred for credit card payments are covered in the price of the purchase.

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order. You can do so using any of the following:
Visa;
Mastercard;
Switch; and
Delta

We do not accept the following methods of payment for internet purchases:
American Express;
Diners Card;
Electron;
cheques;
postal orders; or
cash.

Cheques and postal orders are acceptable for orders sent to Birmingham Royal Ballet by post. Please do not send cash in the post.

Processing of payment happens after the goods are allocated to a purchase but before the goods are dispatched. If for some reason a purchase fails due to problems with payment details we will attempt to contact you by phone within one working day. Once your order has left our premises we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order is on its way.

Please note that if a purchase price is stated incorrectly on Birmingham Royal Ballet’s online shop, the Company reserves the right not to fulfil the order at the incorrect price. If this is the case, you will be contacted with the correct price and asked if you wish to continue with the purchase.
