ReturnsWe hope you are satisfied with any product purchased from our Online Shop. However, if you wish to return an item to us we have made the returns process as simple as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days of the date of dispatch, as long as it remains in a saleable condition. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of certain items that have been opened and used, for example CDs or other recording media, perishable goods, or for reasons of hygiene, goods such as earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights. Inside your parcel, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. You will also find a returns note detailing how to return an item to us. If you wish to return an item delivered within the UK please use the returns note provided and return to the address below. (We advise you to obtain a proof of posting note from the Post Office as Birmingham Royal Ballet cannot be held responsible for any items not received). The address to send your unwanted goods to is: Birmingham Royal Ballet Merchandise Thorp Street Birmingham B5 4AU United Kingdom As soon as we have received the return and checked the items, we will initiate a refund. The account that was originally debited will be credited for the cost of the goods within 48 hours of receipt of the item. This will usually reach the account within seven working days. However, timings will depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. You have the right to cancel an order within seven working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by you, the customer. Please see Cancelling an Order. If you wish to return an item which was given to you as a gift, please be aware that the money will be refunded to the original payment card. Alternatively you can take the item to Birmingham Royal Ballet’s shop during Birmingham performance weeks where we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund (so long as the item remains in a saleable condition). Checklist Please ensure you have followed ALL the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your returned item(s): Please endeavour to return the goods in the original packaging. Please write the quantity of the items you are returning in the appropriate column on the dispatch note. Please include the completed Returns Section of the Returns Note in the package you are returning to us.
