Shoemaster photo spot the difference

Here you can see two photographs of Michael Clifford, BRB's Shoemaster. Michael's job is to ensure that all of Birmingham Royal Ballet's dancers have shoes to wear on stage, and that they support the dancers feet so they they do not risk getting injured. He must also ensure that the shoes match the costumes needed for the different ballets, and that enough shoes are taken when the Company tours the country.
