Application details

Please note that once the closing date has passed the applicants will be divided into two groups according to age/ability.

Please read carefully through the notes below, which will help you through the procedure

Forms should be completed using block capitals. A cheque, made payable to 'Birmingham Royal Ballet', should be enclosed for the exact amount required with the applicants name written on the back.

The deadline for completed forms is Monday 23 June 2008. Please allow sufficient time for posting as forms received after this date will not be considered.

Candidates will be informed in writing whether or not they have a place on the Boys only workshop. If all the places have been filled then the cheque will be returned to the sender and you will be informed of any future plans Birmingham Royal Ballet may have for similar workshops. Places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Boys only workshop, applicants must be working at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent syllabus), and be at least 11 years old.

Prices:

The fee for the workshop is £35. Please note that this is non-refundable.
