Ballet Fit – Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre

Over four days in February, a physiotherapist and dancers from Birmingham Royal Ballet visited Cocks Moors Woods Leisure Centre to do a health and fitness project.

Some of the people participating in the project also visited Birmingham Royal Ballet to participate in a ballet class, have a tour of the Jerwood Centre and watch the All That Jazz.
