Department for LearningEaster workshopsIn the Easter half term, current Dance Track children visited Birmingham Royal Ballet to watch the professional dancers' class, try on a few costumes and have workshops based on The Nutcracker led by Company dancers. The girls were lucky enough to try on beautiful head dresses from the Wardrobe Department and have Birmingham Royal Ballet soloist Lei Zhao take their workshop. And after having watched the male dancers in class, the boys were taught part of the Trepak dance from The Nutcracker from Birmingham Royal Ballet Principal Dominic Antonucci. |
