End of Season Announcements

At the end of the 2007/2007 Season, Birmingham Royal Ballet is able to announce the following:

Promotions:
Jamie Bond, Alexander Campbell, Joseph Caley, Jenna Roberts and Tyrone Singleton are promoted from First Artists to Soloists.
Arancha Baselga, Jonathan Caguioa and Valentine Olovyannikov are promoted from Artists to First Artists.

Dancers leaving at the end of this season:
Clara Blanco, Annie Carroll, Virginia de Gersigny, Maia Makhateli and Robert Parker (who leaves to train to be a commercial airline pilot).

And the following dancers will join the Company next season:
Laura-Jane Gibson from Elmhurst School for Dance will join as an Artist.
Yvette Knight, Callie Roberts, Christopher Rodgers Wilson and Oliver Till will join as Artists from The Royal Ballet School.
Natasha Oughtred will join Birmingham Royal Ballet as a Soloist from The Royal Ballet.
