This Christmas, Birmingham Royal Ballet is searching for the West Midlands' eight best school choirs to complete their evenings of The Nutcracker at Birmingham Hippodrome with Christmas Choir Factor.
From Friday 27 November to Sunday 13 December, Birmingham Royal Ballet will perform The Nutcracker at Birmingham Hippodrome to over 25,000 people and the company are searching for school choirs to perform in the foyer before performances.
On selected evenings, one of the eight choirs will sing Christmas Carols as audiences come into the theatre and complete the festive treat. Each winning choir will also receive 20 free tickets for them to enjoy the performance on the evening that they sing.
The Nutcracker is the perfect treat for people of all ages this Christmas and follows Clara as she is spirited away from her home on Christmas Eve on a magical journey and transformed into the Sugar Plum Fairy to dance with her prince.
To enter your school choir into the competition send an audio file or CD showcasing your choir's talents and clearly detailing the contact name, school name and contact details by midday on Monday 9 November to tomstevens@brb.org.uk or
