It's easy to book…

First download a copy of the brochure and booking form, using the links in the right-hand column. The booking form includes a full listing of performance dates and times, and tells you which ticket price schedule each performance falls into.

A. State how many season ticket packages of each kind (Adult, 16-26, Under-16s) you wish to buy.

B. Select the dates of the performances you wish to attend, and decide which ticket price band you want and whether you wish to sit in the Circle or Stalls. You must buy one ticket for each of the six productions. You may choose any performance and seat, regardless of price schedule or price band; you may choose a different price schedule or price band for each ticket if you wish. Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, the price band (A-F) and the cost of your tickets for each performance you choose.

C. Double check the form, making sure the number of season tickets requested for each production matches the number of packages you are buying.

D. Complete your personal details and calculate the total cost of your booking.

E. Complete the payment details. If paying by Direct Debit, please also complete the Direct Debit form below and return it with your booking form.

F. Send your completed form(s) to: Birmingham Royal Ballet Season Tickets 2012–13, FREEPOST MID 00260, Thorp Street, Birmingham B5 4BR.


Notes
1. If you wish to purchase tickets next to those of a friend who is paying separately, you must send your booking forms in together.
2.Season tickets can only be booked by post, using the booking form. Processing may take up to 28 days. If you wish to be sent confirmation that your order has been received, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope or postcard, marked Ballet Ticket Order Acknowledgement, that we will post back to you on receipt of your application.
3. If you wish to pay by Repeat Card Payment or Direct Debit, your form must be received by 28 March. Repeat Card Payments and Direct Debits are taken in four instalments, starting 15 April 2012. Packages purchased after 28 March must be paid for by Cheque, Cash or Single Card Payment. Closing date for single payments is 26 September. Please note that if you opt to pay by Repeat Card Payment or Direct Debit you will receive detailed confirmation of your booking once your application is processed; your tickets will be dispatched at a later date, but before the end of August.
4. To purchase additional tickets for Birmingham Royal Ballet’s 2012–13 Birmingham season, complete the Individual Tickets column of the booking form. Individual tickets for any Birmingham Royal Ballet performance purchased at the same time as a season ticket are not subject to the 25% season ticket discount, but other concessions may apply and the booking will not incur the 5% transaction charge. Check the main brochure for details of concessions.
5. Season tickets cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for another performance of the same production; fees may apply.
6. People with disabilities who require the service/support of a companion enjoy half-price season tickets; for prices see columns titled Under-16s. No other concessions apply to season tickets.

On-sale dates for season and individual tickets

25 February: BRB Friends’ season and individual tickets, and season tickets for previous subscribers processed from this date (post only).

12 March: New season ticket purchasers (post only).

10 April: Individual tickets BRB Friends (telephone) and Birmingham Hippodrome Friends.

12 April: On-line individual tickets, telephone and in-person individual tickets.

Paying by Repeat Card Payments or Direct Debit

You can spread the payments by using Repeat Card Payments or Direct Debit. These payment methods can be used for season tickets and any additional tickets purchased at the same time as a season ticket. To use this method of payment you must submit your booking form to Birmingham Hippodrome by 28 March 2012. Payments are taken in five instalments, starting 15 April 2012.
