Laura-Jane GibsonLaura-Jane Gibson was born in Ayrshire, training locally with Kerry Bolland and Penny Withers before joining the Scottish Ballet as a Junior and then Senior Associate. She began training with Elmhurst School for Dance in 2004, and as a student danced with Birmingham Royal Ballet in The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, La Fille mal gardée, The Firebird, Checkmate and Symphony in Three Movements. She joined the Company in 2007.
