Lee Fisher
Born in Essex, Lee Fisher trained at the Royal Ballet School before joining
Sadlerıs Wells Royal Ballet in 1988. His roles include Tybalt (Romeo and
Juliet), The Moor (Petrushka), Boldwood (Far from the Madding Crowd),
Drosselmeyer, King Rat (The Nutcracker), Von Rothbart (Swan Lake), Dr
Coppélius (Coppélia), Farmer Thomas (La Fille mal gardée), Mr Taylor (The
Prospect before Us), Richard Arnold (Enigma Variations), Henry Hobson
(Hobson's Choice), Rainforest Man ('Still Life' at the Penguin Café),
Hilarion (Giselle), Mortimer (Edward II),
Macbeth (The Shakespeare Suite), Big Boss (Slaughter on Tenth
Avenue), Duke of Cornwall, Arthur (Arthur), The Woodsman (Beauty and the
Beast) and Gypsy Lover (The Two Pigeons). He has created roles in ballets by
Bintley, MacMillan, Wright, Kudelka, York, Lustig, Redmon and Hindle and
holds an MA in Applied Dance. As BRB's Dancer in Education, he regularly
leads a diverse range of workshops and projects. He is also Artistic
Director of Freefall Dance Company, a company of young dancers with learning
disabilities, established in partnership with Fox Hollies Special School.
