Tara BishopTara loves working with young children, which will be great for Freefall as we build up our schools' education work. She has enjoyed working with rock music and her original dance moves often find their way into our finished choreography.
Chris BrookesChris works for Mencap, attends college and is a Glen Campbell fan. A couple of years ago, when he met Glen, he gave him his National Arts Award Portfolio, just before it was moderated! Chris still gained his Bronze award. Chris is the most 'balletic' of our dancers.
Nicky HodgesNicky is a football fan with a passion for Manchester United. His love of sport is evident in his interest in Capoeira dance. Nicky and younger brother Shaun both belong to the Fox Hollies drama group The Company - and are inseparable.
Sarah JobsonSarah loves the theatre, particularly musicals. She is a very graceful dancer, with natural ability to turn. She is a founder member of Freefall and has a wide range of performances behind her.
Barry Kirby'Bazza' a true bluenose, joined Freefall in 2004 and has performed in every show since. He is a natural comedian with a great sense of comic timing. A natural mover attuned to rhythm, he can create larger than life dance characters.
Nikitta MalinsNikitta has had a love of performing that goes back to her earliest days at Fox Hollies. She is a seasoned trooper who is a compact powerhouse. She brings a dynamic quality to Freefall and particularly enjoyed interpreting the music of Queen for Seaside Rendezvous.
Julia NichollsJulia, a tennis and ice-skating fan, is currently enjoying Art at college. She is our 'rock' on stage. She knows where all the dancers need to be and is always a calming influence backstage. Julia is a founding member of FreeFall and her enthusiasm has never waned.
Paul PedleyPaul was the first student at Fox Hollies to have a tattoo – a Manchester United Red Devil. His passion for sport is equalled by his love of dance. He was in awe of the Birmingham Royal Ballet dancers when he watched the men's class. In 2010 Paul supported 23 PE teachers in dance workshops.
Josef ReidJosef is the newst recruit to FreeFall. When he completed his National Arts Award in 2008 he chose Freefall Dance Company as the best and Barry Kirby was his Arts Hero - and now he dances with him!
Christopher TreadwellChris shares a love of dance with is parents who are line dance teachers. Chris loves being on stage. He has great timing and can hold an audience spellbound. He is the veteran of many outreach projects and in 2010 led a workshop for 20 new head teachers.
