Memberships: You may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase. All you have to do to cancel is to contact us on 0121 245 3557; a full refund will be made within 10 working days via WorldPay.
Donations: At Birmingham Royal Ballet, we have worked to make the donation process as straightforward and easy as possible. However we realise that sometimes mistakes can occur.
Under UK charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, except in specific circumstances. The Charities Act 2011 can be found here. We are committed to the highest standards of legal compliance and we treat all requests for refunds with the utmost importance.
If you do need to contact us about a donation, please email Jessica Armson on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will call you to find out what has happened. We will then request some paperwork from you that we can’t legally consider a refund without. Once we receive everything and the refund is approved, we will let you know how long it will take – usually 7-10 working days.
