The Pointe Shoe Appeal is a fundraising scheme that helps keep our ballerinas on their toes!

A Principal Dancer is allocated up to 20 pairs of pointe shoes per month, often needing a new pair for every performance. Classical ballets such Swan Lake and The Sleeping Beauty are particularly hard on pointe shoes, needing multiple pairs for each performance.

At £35 per pair, we spend over £140,000 each year on pointe shoes.

You can help by making a donation of £35 (the approximate cost of one pair of shoes) or £70 (the approximate cost of two pairs).

Or if you would like to find out more about the scheme, please e-mail Joe Palfrey, or you can donate via the telephone on 0121 245 3545, or by downloading a donation form.
