Favourite BRB ballet: There are too many historic and moving pieces to be able to choose from. Looking ahead to this season, I would say it's always a pleasure performing Swan Lake. It's iconic, and the musical score is beautiful, especially in Act IV.

Favourite full-length ballet: Once again, I don't think it's possible for us as artists to choose a favourite, but for many years now I've dreamed of performing Manon because of its tragic love story, drama and beautiful musical score.

First ballet you saw: A DVD of American Ballet Theatre's Don Quixote,starring Mikhail Baryshnikov and Cynthia Harvey. It's what really ignited my passion for dance and revealed to me what ballet is all about: exquisite technique, artistry and honesty on stage.

Favourite ballet score: I love Onegin, Manon,Giselle, and Swan Lake

Dream role: Basilio in Don Quixote. It's a role that holds a lot of significance for me given that I watched it over and over again when I started dancing. I also feel pulled towards dramatic roles such as Lensky or Onegin in Onegin, and Des Grieux in Manon, for example, because it would be both a challenge and a pleasure to bring those characters to life.

Most enjoyable on-stage experience: When I performed Abdur Raman in Tamara Rojo's Raymonda, as well as Violin Concerto, Over Glow, Espada in Patrice Bart's Don Quixote and Puck in Jorma Elo's A Midsummer Night's Dream. They were all great opportunities that helped shape me into what I strive to achieve.
