Gwilym Hooson

Gwilyn Hooson, Principal Second Violin, began playing the violin and piano at the age of 13. He studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Molly Mack (violin) and Philip Martin (piano). His first professional engagement was with the British Concert Orchestra, Vistalori and Semrpini. He has since performed and recorded with the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the CBSO, the LPO and the RPO.
