Born in Pinar del Río, Cuba. In 2005 he went to study at the National Art School.

In 2009 he joined Contemporary Dance of Cuba.

His repertoire includes works by choreographers such as Itzik Galili, Rafael Bonachela, George Céspedes, Kenneth Kvarnström, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Jan Linkens, Christopher Bruce, Goyo Montero, Pontus Lidberg, Juanjo Arqués, Juliano Nunes, among others.

He choreographed Safe (2014) and December (2015) for Cuban National Ballet.

Since 2015 he has been a member of Acosta Danza. As choreographer he created Anadromous, a solo within the show A Classical Farewell, by Carlos Acosta.

In collaboration with Beatriz García he created the duet Nosotros, premiered by Acosta Danza in 2017.

He participated as choreographer for the Carlos Acosta biographical film Yuli.

In 2018 Reinoso obtained his Bachelor degree in Dance Art, Contemporary Profile, Arts University (ISA) Havana, Cuba.

The same year he premiered his choreography Satori. This piece won the Villanueva Award from the Association of Scenic Critics, as one of the best shows presented in Cuba in 2018 and the National Choreography Award 2018 - 2019 granted by the Association of Performing Artists of the Cuban Writers and Artists Union (UNEAC).

In 2021, Carlos Acosta included and performed the duo Nosotros, within the show On Before around UK.

In 2022, he premiered Liberto, a piece commissioned by Carlos Acosta and based on important works of Cuban literature.

In parallel to his career as a dancer and choreographer, he has also independently developed a work as a film-dance director. It has short films screened at festivals in Cuba and abroad.
