Born in Castro-Urdiales, Spain, Aitor Galende trained at Igor Yebra Academy of Dance and the Royal Ballet Upper School where he was awarded The Worshipful Company of Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers Awards, for graduates who have made some of the best progress in their classical ballet training. As a student he danced with Birmingham Royal Ballet in Swan Lake on the 2015 tour to Japan and in Cinderella, The Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet.
