Age: 17

Where are you from? Warwickshire

I am currently… studying Technical Theatre at Stratford-Upon-Avon College.

I am on the Creative Pathways programme because… I want to get into the creative industry, build connections and meet new people. In addition, it has sometimes been said that I need to be more confident, so I would like to improve this skill.

What are you passionate about? I have always had a passion for creating and designing. I love the idea of expressing myself in different ways using different media. I also enjoy being active and taking part in different sports, such as netball, paddle boarding and badminton.

An interesting fact about me is… that I am born on a leap year, so technically I am only 4 and a bit!

My first encounter with Birmingham Royal Ballet was back in February 2019 when I got to see a rehearsal of Beauty and the Beast.  It was a special event, where I got to see the dancers practising for the show and hold the props.

What is the most interesting thing you have ever made? I once made a rat for one of my college installations using a wooden snake for its tail, a child’s wellington boots for its paws and ears, a fluffy coat and big water bottle for its body and fake vampire teeth and light up eyes from the Poundshop.
