Where are you from? Sheffield originally, but I live in Birmingham for my studies.
I am currently… studying for a Musical Theatre degree at Performers College Birmingham.
I am on the Creative Pathways programme because… I have always loved ballet and wanted to find out more about how its magic continues behind the scenes. I feel very lucky to be able to be immersed more into its world. The programme will also help me discover possible career paths other than performing on stage if I decide to try something new.
What are you passionate about? I am passionate about bringing humans together with art because I believe it sparks feelings of joy and togetherness. I also love craft beer, my favourite being a chocolate flavoured porter.
An interesting fact about me is… I deleted TikTok two years ago now, I had to for my brain cells sake.
My first encounter with Birmingham Royal Ballet was… when I danced in the curtain raiser project before BRB’s performance of Luna in 2024. The piece we performed paid homage to influential women from Birmingham. It was so special because the choreographer asked us to collaborate with her in the creative process which meant it had such meaningful and current subject matter – and of course getting the opportunity to perform on the Hippodrome stage.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would be a human crystal and be able to de-stress anyone because it’s just the worst and restricts so many vibes!
