Awards: Bronze Medal, Genée International Ballet Competition, 2017; Ballet Finalist, BBC Young Dancer, 2017; Winner, Phyllis Bedells Bursary, 2016.

Other companies: Birmingham Royal Ballet as a student and Japan International Youth Ballet.

Choreography: Rive and The Pursuit, solos for the BBC Young Dancer and Adeline Genée competitions.

Favourite dancer as a child: Carlos Acosta – he has always been a great example of a masculine dancer who performs technical tricks with finesse, elegant port de bras  and musicality.

Career if not a dancer: Actor, writer or professional gymnast

Favourite book: The Twelfth Angel by Og Mandino, it's a moving story about the triumph of the human spirit. It gave me a newfound perspective on life.
