About Sold out: An Evening with Ashton: La Fille mal gardée masterclass

We’re delighted to be joining the Frederick Ashton Foundation and companies worldwide to celebrate our Founder Choreographer, Sir Frederick Ashton. This five-year celebration, ASHTON WORLDWIDE, will highlight the remarkable life and legacy of a creative genius whose work has influenced so many who followed.

On Tuesday 30 April we’ll be joining with the Foundation to present its 2024 masterclass at Elmhurst Ballet School. This will focus on La Fille mal gardée and we’re delighted that former BRB Principal (now Board member) Sandra Madgwick will be joining Director Carlos Acosta to coach First Soloist (recently promoted to Principal from next Season) Beatrice Parma and Principal Max Maslen in the roles of Lise and Colas.

Two people sit on a pile of stooks of corn. The figure on the left is Lise, she wears a pale pink dress. The figure on the right is Colas, he wears a blue jacked and yellow tights. They are kissing.
