Birmingham Royal Ballet is seeking talented female classical dancers to join Carlos Acosta’s exciting new production, The Maiden of Venice — a bold reimagining of the classic ballet La Bayadère.
The dancers will perform as Shades in the Kingdom of the Shades.
Contract details and eligibility
- Fixed-term contracts. Applicants must be available for the full period from 11 January to 25 April 2027.
- Potential for extension and further touring opportunities.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Dancers will then be selected to audition at BRB's home studios in Birmingham.
