BRB awarded studio refurbishment grant by Arts Council England

We are thrilled to have been offered £949,953 from Arts Council England through their Creative Foundations Fund.

The fund will enable us to replace the heating, lighting and specialist flooring in the three dance studios at our Birmingham base, and upgrade the ventilation system in our costume department.

This is in response to an urgent need to address regular leaks and issues taking the rehearsal studios out of action. The works will completely replace all pipework, improve studio flooring and replace vital H&S equipment.

Thank you to Arts Council England for awarding us this fund, which will future-proof our building and allow us to continue creating and touring world-class ballet throughout the UK and Internationally for many years to come.
