News Story
In honour of Sir Peter Wright and the upcoming performance dedicated to him, Sir Peter Wright Centenary, we’re taking a closer look at his signature productions, performed by leading ballet companies worldwide. Here, we look at his production of The Nutcracker, first performed by BRB in 1990 – the year the Company established itself in Birmingham. Sir Peter created this production exclusively for BRB, offering it as a lasting gift to the City of Birmingham.
