About accessible performances.

We want as many people as possible to experience and enjoy our work.

Discover our accessible performances, in partnership with our UK tour venues, below or select an option from the left-hand side menu to find the right performance for you.

Audio Described Performances

Available at specific performances in Birmingham and some tour venues. A headset is given to you so that you can discreetly access the audio description of the performance. Venue staff will be on hand to assist you throughout.

We encourage you to book on to the touch tour beforehand as this will enhance your experience. Many people who attend also use it as an opportunity to become familiar with their surroundings.

Touch Tours

We offer Touch Tours on the morning of our audio-described performances. This exclusive opportunity provides the chance to touch and feel the costumes, sets and props that help bring our ballets alive. Touch Tours are free to those who have tickets for the audio description - bookable via the venue box office.

Relaxed performances

These less formal versions of our shows are open to all, and intended for those who may find attending the theatre difficult.

This includes people who are neurodiverse or who have a sensory, learning, communication or mobility need.
